Pet beds
Filled soft goods, specified by fill weight and loft, cover fabric, and whether the cover comes off for a wash. Fill weight is where a cheap quote hides: the same bed at a lower fill looks identical flat-packed and collapses after a month.
Bulky and light. A container of beds fills on volume with payload to spare, which makes them the natural partner for something dense.
Cat scratchers
Corrugated board or sisal, specified by board density and glue. Density is what decides whether a scratcher lasts a season or a fortnight.
Light, and they nest. Scratchers are a good way to use the space a heavy line leaves at the top of the box.

Can you match a bed we already sell?
Send the sample. Fill weight, cover and stitch are all specifiable, and we air-freight a sample back before you commit to an order.
Can it carry our label?
Yes. Send the artwork and we proof it with the factory before production starts, the same as any printed carton.
What about the season?
Pet buying has peaks, and a container has a lead time. Tell us the date you need it on the shelf and we work backwards from that.
