Email and Anti-Spam Policy

Donkey Trade Inc. prohibits the advertising or promotion of donkey.trade, or any page on this domain, through unsolicited bulk email or unsolicited commercial messages of any kind. This prohibition applies to our employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and all third parties. Commercial email referencing this domain may be sent only to recipients with an existing business relationship with Donkey Trade Inc. or who have given consent. All such email must identify the sender, include a valid physical address, and honor opt-out requests immediately. Report suspected abuse involving this domain to hello@donkey.trade.
1. What is prohibited
- Sending, or paying anyone to send, unsolicited bulk or commercial email that advertises or links to donkey.trade or any page on this domain.
- Harvesting, purchasing, renting, or otherwise using address lists that were not collected with the recipient’s consent.
- Falsifying header information, sender identity, return-path, or subject lines in any message referencing this domain.
- Using open relays, hijacked accounts, or third-party mail systems without permission to send messages referencing this domain.
2. Email we do send
We send email in reply to a request you submitted to us, in the course of an existing business relationship, or where you have given consent. Every such message identifies Donkey Trade Inc. as the sender, includes a valid physical postal address, uses accurate headers and subject lines, and offers a working way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and at no cost to you.
3. Affiliates, partners, and contractors
Anyone who promotes donkey.trade on our behalf — employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners — is bound by this policy. We do not authorize unsolicited email promotion under any arrangement, and no compensation is paid for traffic or leads obtained that way. Violation ends the relationship and any pending payment.
4. Reporting abuse
If you received an unsolicited message advertising this domain, send it to hello@donkey.trade with the full message headers. We investigate every report, terminate the accounts and relationships involved, and cooperate with mailbox providers and law enforcement where appropriate.

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where any of them address the same conduct, the stricter requirement applies.
