Who we land for

Products we supply

A distributor's number holds 15 days.
A builder's project runs 90.
Landed cost stopped being priceable by email.

The materials for a project, bought as a project. One container against a job, priced and delivered to the site rather than assembled from six distributor invoices.

Cabinets

Ready-to-assemble or assembled, specified by box construction, door style and finish. Country of origin is not a detail here - it changes the duty stack, and on cabinets it can change it a great deal.

Bulky. Flat-packed cabinets are the reason an RTA container goes much further than an assembled one.

Flooring

Rigid core and engineered wood, specified by thickness, wear layer and the locking system. Wear layer is the number that decides whether a floor survives a rental turnover.

Dense and stackable. Flooring is usually what brings a light container up to a sensible payload.

Doors

Interior slabs and prehung units, moulded or solid core. Prehung saves labour on site and costs volume in the box.

Awkward rather than heavy. Door sizes drive the packing more than door weight does.

Tile

Porcelain and ceramic, specified by size, finish, rectification and the wear rating for where it is going.

The heaviest line on most lists. Tile decides the payload, and a container of nothing but tile weighs out with the roof empty.

Vanities and hardware

Assembled vanities, tops, faucets and the trim that finishes a bathroom. The small lines are where a project usually loses margin, because they get bought retail at the end.

Mixed. Hardware fills the gaps that cabinets and doors leave behind.

Questions about this category

Does country of origin change what I pay?

Yes, and sometimes by more than the goods. The same cabinet can carry a very different duty stack depending on where it was made, and on which company made it, which is why the engine prices the stack line by line instead of applying an average.

One entity swap moves duty from 19% to 230%.

Will this meet code where I am building?

We specify to the standard you name, and the standard goes into the contract rather than the conversation. Tell us the jurisdiction and what the inspector will look for.

Can you match a product I am already using?

Usually. Send the spec sheet, the model number or the product itself, and we will find who makes it or its equivalent and price both. We air-freight samples before you commit to an order.

What happens if my project slips?

Tell us early and we move the delivery date rather than the price.
