The engine
Three Donkey agents run every order, from the first SKU to the last truck, on one shared memory.
01 · Sourcing agent
Our Sourcing agent decides what we sell before anyone sells it.
SKU research · Selection
The agent reads the market for products worth selling, then picks the SKUs that go on the list.
Sourcing
“It finds who really makes it.”
Customs records mostly name trading companies. The engine reads them and finds the real factory.
A factory is a verdict, not a badge. The customs record and what a supplier shows publicly have to agree before we call it one.
Then the quote comes from our desk in China. A person asks the factory for it and keys it in, so every price on your list is one a factory actually gave us.
02 · Sales agent
Our Sales agent finds the buyer, and hands them a number they can sign.
Email · LinkedIn · Closing
The agent runs outreach on email and LinkedIn. What closes the deal is one delivered price, built in three steps.
Tariffs
“It reads the law twice a day.”
A tariff is rarely one number. The layers apply in a set order, and the order changes the total, so the engine stacks duty the way customs does.
Pricing
“Code does the math, not AI.”
The delivered number is shown with its five lines.
Language models read the records and classify the goods. The math is plain, deterministic code, and every quote is frozen against the rates it was priced on.
| Cost breakdown | Amount |
|---|---|
| Goods | $30,826.95 |
| Tariffs and duties | $10,882.66 |
| Ocean freight and delivery | $9,464.00 |
| Customs entry | $145.32 |
Packing · Build a container
“It packs the box before you buy it.”
A container has two limits, volume and payload, and different goods hit each one first. Packing runs before you buy and picks the smallest box the load actually fits.
03 · Ops agent
Partners move it. Our Ops agent runs the move.
Factory · Inspection
“Our people check it on the floor.”
Each checklist is written for the order in front of it, in Chinese for the inspector and English for the desk. A rule decides pass or fail from the answers; the model never sets the status.
Freight · COSCO · Customs · Logistics
COSCO carries the freight, a customs partner clears it at the port, and logistics takes it from there.
Cargo from several suppliers, packed into one container.
One container, split at the port for each buyer.
04 · Shared memory
“Every container makes the next price sharper.”
Learning from every order
Every box writes what the buyer really paid, how the factory really shipped, what customs did with the entry, and whose cargo fits one box.
What runs today is classification. Every code this desk confirms goes into the pool the classifier learns from, so the part of the price most likely to be wrong gets less wrong over time.
