Our own inspector passes the goods on the factory floor before the factory sees the balance. Bad goods never ship. The leverage stays on your side of the transaction.
02 · TITLE
The goods are ours until your dock.
We hold title across the water. It passes our floor inspection or the factory doesn’t get paid. If we still shipped it wrong, we credit or replace it, in USD, under a US PO, not your overseas dispute in someone else’s time zone.
03 · A US COUNTERPARTY
One PO, one USD price, one company to hold accountable.
Your PO goes to a US company. You pay in USD by ACH, like any domestic vendor.

WHY NOW
The tariff is law.
What it’s calculated on isn’t.
Duty is charged on the invoice your goods enter against. Through a middleman, that invoice includes their margin. You’re paying tariff on their markup. Through us, it’s the factory’s honest number. China-origin consumer goods run 35%+ today, and your HS code can add more.
The 25% Section 301 tariff was untouched by the February Supreme Court ruling and isn’t going anywhere.
The tariff truce expires November 10. Rates are likelier to rise after it than fall.
The Section 122 surcharge replaced the struck-down IEEPA tariffs in February. It expires July 24, 2026 unless Congress extends it. Either way, your duty is still calculated on someone’s padded invoice.
Paid IEEPA tariffs in 2025? The February Supreme Court ruling may make some of it refundable. Ask your broker, or ask us what your entries show.

The math nobody shows you: on a $14.00 product padded to $17.97, you pay 37.5% duty on $17.97 instead of $14.00. That’s tariff on a margin you never agreed to. Every point of hidden markup compounds at the border. Deleting it is worth more today than it’s ever been.
The trading companies strut and take 15 to 30 percent. The donkey carries the load across for a fraction of it.

Isn’t this just a trading company?
It is one. Rebuilt. The old ones hide the factory, pad the price, make you pay duty on their margin, and show you nothing. We take title like they do. The difference is what you see: inspection photos before the factory gets the balance, your container tracked to your dock, a US company you pay in USD, and a delivered price that still beats yours.
What does it cost?
One delivered price. We’re paid on the price, and the price has to beat your landed cost or you have no reason to move. No fees, no retainers, no percentages on top.
Do I have to switch suppliers?
No. Send one photo. If our delivered number beats yours, move that product and keep your supplier for everything else. Most customers start with one SKU they reorder often.
What happens if the goods are bad?
They’re ours until your dock. Our inspector passes them on the factory floor before the factory sees the balance, so bad goods never ship. If we still shipped it wrong, we credit or replace it, in USD, under a US PO.
Who handles the tariff?
We do. We’re the importer of record: customs, duty, and the paperwork are our problem. Your duty is inside the one delivered price, calculated on the honest factory invoice.
