This policy describes what Donkey (“we,” “us”) collects on donkey.trade, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us to prepare a quote or supplier check, we use privacy-friendly analytics, and we do not sell your information.
1. What we collect
- What you submit. When you request a quote or supplier check we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, the product or supplier name, and any photo you attach. If you text us instead, we collect your phone number and the content of your message.
- Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page performance and traffic in aggregate. These do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other sites.
2. How we use it
- To prepare your quote or supplier check and reply to you.
- To price your product, which can mean sharing the product photo and specifications with the factories and inspection partners we work with.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, and the Site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us.
4. Retention
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business — for example, while a quote or order is active. Email us if you want a submission deleted sooner.
5. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@donkey.trade. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights over your data; we honor reasonable requests regardless.
6. Children
The Site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
