Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Donkey Trade Inc. (“Donkey,” “we,” “us”) collects on donkey.trade, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us to prepare a quote, we use privacy-friendly analytics, and we do not sell your information.

1. What we collect

• The buying list you send us. When you submit the form on donkey.trade, we collect your name, email address, your company if you give one, whatever you type into the list field, and the file you attach — a photo, PDF, or spreadsheet. That submission is emailed to us and a copy is stored in our own systems so we can price it and follow up.
• What you build on the desk. Quote requests also happen on our container desk (also operated by Donkey), where we collect the products, quantities, and container selections you build plus the contact details you give when you ask to book. If you email or text us instead, we collect what you send: your address or phone number, your buying list, and the content of your message.
• Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page performance and traffic in aggregate. These do not use advertising cookies and do not track you across other sites.

2. How we use it

• To prepare your quote and reply to you.
• To price your product, which can mean sharing the product details, photos, and specifications with the factories and inspection partners we work with.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Who processes it for us

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, and the Site is hosted on Vercel. Container-desk submissions are stored in our own systems. These providers process your information only to provide those services to us.

4. Retention

We keep submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business — for example, while a quote or order is active. Email us if you want a submission deleted sooner.

5. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@donkey.trade. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights over your data; we honor reasonable requests regardless.

6. Children

The Site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
